Limp and bright, the nose stands out for delicate floral and herbal sensations, with a finish reminiscent of dark fruits. Delicate notes of dried fruits (toasted almond, walnut, and hazelnut) stand out in perfect harmony with citrus aromas (green apple, lime, pineapple), minerals, and subtle touches of vanilla provided by the oak barrels.
Huentala is the second project we have selected in the Uco Valley. More specifically, it comes from Gualtallary, one of the most renowned sub-regions in the area.
The wines we find here are of extreme finesse
