Blend of Argentine Criolla grapes; Torrontés Riojano (30%), Rosé Moscatel (30%), Pedro Giménez (30%) and Pinot Gris (10%), co-fermented with their skins for 90 days. This wine offers a unique taste range, combining freshness and tannic complexity. It may present sediments in the glass, denoting its natural production method.
“Paso a Paso” is an initiative led by Sebastian Bisole and Norberto Paez, two passionate young people who handcraft micro-vinified wines naturally in the Uco Valley.
As “winegrower-artisans,” they have gained recognition on the Argentine wine scene through remarkable work, introducing a touch of modernity to the traditional context of Argentine wine.
